Blogging Challenge Day 6

At last! The June/July holidays are here and they mark the half way point for the year...

Time to devote some TLC to my dear blog and continue on with my challenge posts. So, without further ado...

Top 5 Novels I've read so far in my lifetime...

1. The Burning Shore - Wilbur Smith
2. The Potato Factory - Bryce Courtney
3. Jessica - Bryce Courtenay
4. Beneath the Southern Cross - Judy Nunn
5. Tears of the Moon - Di Morrissey

I must admit, I have read quite a few books from these authors, these are my absolute favourites.

I can also highly recommend these books

Bryce Courtenay - Four Fires, Matthew Flinder's Cat
Wilbur Smith - The Courtney Novels
Judy Nunn- Pacific

I have borrowed a book by Jodi Picoult about an Aspie boy. Must get around to reading that and return it by the end of the holidays!!

The last book I read was not fiction, but a book called "The Cross and the Switchblade". One minister's calling to work with troubled gang youth in New York was a very inspiring read.

For now, it's time for me to catch some zzzz's
