Well, two weeks of school holidays have been and gone with nothing to show for it... Except for some much needed rest and relaxation!! I must say it was nice to switch the old brain off for a while and play with my little ones after ten weeks of chaos

So, at the end of the first day back to school, I can happily say that I have actually made some progress in fulfilling my organising aspirations this year, in just half an hour.
"chunking" the project into manageable steps and timeframes seems to be how I best operate, otherwise the job becomes too huge and you lose motivation to do it again after you recover from the first marathon effort.
I can also now say that I have implemented something I found I. Pinterest!! Ha! See, hubby dear, it's not just wasting time ;-)
Without further ado, I shall outline my recent activity and how it links to the photo...
In addition to transition of the season, Miss Baby C has grown out of her size 0 clothing and it was time to clear out the tallboy to make room for the new gear.
Where did I store the cast offs? In some nappy boxes that I had reserved for later use. Doing my bit to reduce, re-use and recycle, as much as possible.
There are heaps of possibilities for empty boxes, yoghurt/butter containers, baby food jars- when I get around to doing something else I will endeavour to post about it! The other bonus is that you can decorate it exactly to your tastes/decor !!
At this very moment I haven't gone as far as covering them with pretty material or embellishments, that's another project in itself.. Someday! (sigh)
